19 OCTOBER CLIENT SWITCH
Live 19 October 2026, 00:00 (GMT+8). Server down from 18 October 21:00 (GMT+8) for about three hours.
No wipe. Accounts, characters and items carry over.
Install the new game once, into a new folder. Keep the old folder until the switch is done. Until 19 October 00:00 the new game cannot log in. After the switch the old game cannot log in.
Get the new installer
Install into a new folder. Default folder: C:\Games\AshenRO. Keep the old folder until the switch is done.
Create your account
Create an AshenRO account. Existing accounts carry over.
Sign in once
Open the new launcher and sign in. Single sign-on opens the game signed in.
Automatic pairing
The first sign-in on a computer pairs it. No more PAIR button.
